The biggest myth about eyelash extensions is that they cause damage to your natural lashes. When lash extensions are customized for you and applied properly they will not cause any damage. You can continue to wear them for years without any breaks.

Lash extensions take between 1.5 hours up to 4 hours for the initial set. During this time you will be lying down with your eyes closed. The bed is comfy and warm and you are more than welcome to have a lash nap.
Classic extensions involve a single lash placed on each of your natural lashes. Volume lashes are when 3-6 lashes are placed on each of your natural lashes. Hybrid lashes are a mix of classic and volume. Volume takes a bit longer than classics as each fan is hand made at the time and applied to an individual lash.

Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. Because your lashes will be at different stages of their growth cycle you will need infills every 2-3 weeks to replace the lashes that have naturally fallen out to keep them looking full.

•Each eye has 90 – 120 natural lashes.

•In one week we naturally lose 21 lashes.

•In two weeks we naturally lose 42 lashes.

•In three weeks we naturally lose 63 lashes.

If you decide you would like them removed and I applied the initial set there is no charge. There is a fee for the removal if you are coming from another artist.
You should never pull them off yourself. This will lead to damage and loss of natural lashes.

Yes, you can do all these things, but you must cleanse your lashes! It is recommended you wait 24-hours after application before you get the lashes wet, and 48-hours before exposing them to steam or saunas. If you are very active and spend a lot of time sweating or in the pool you may find that you need infills a little bit sooner than others.

NO! The application is a very relaxing process and is never painful. Almost all my clients fall asleep during the treatment and can’t believe how quickly the treatment went!

Lash extensions are wonderful because they are completely low-maintenance. You will be so happy in the time it saves you in the morning when you pop out of bed looking bright-eyed as though your mascara and eye makeup is already done!

The best care for them is to keep the lash line clean and free of debri, oils, and makeup with your provided lash shampoo and cleansing brush. You will be provided with an aftercare kit to properly care for your new set of lashes. There are certain products that contain hidden ingredients that may cause premature fallout if used with your extensions but this will all be discussed with me during your appointment so we can make sure you get the longest wear from your set!
